There are three information counters at the airport, one on the ground floor of Terminal A, which is open around the clock, and another on the ground floor of Terminal B, which opens at 5:30 a.m. and closes after the last flight, and one between the arrival and departure areas of the Terminal C.
Coming from Plaza San Martín (San Martín, corner of Libertador), take Calle San Martín, Avenida Del Libertador, Avenida Maipú, Calle Arenales, Avenida 9 de Julio, the 25 de Mayo expressway, TGL Dellepiane avenue and the TGP Riccheri expressway.

Public transport – street:
Bus: Several bus companies operate bus lines from the airport to Ezeiza, Buenos Aires and the surrounding area. Line 394 goes to the Monte Grande and Camino de Cintura train stations. Line 502 goes to the city of Ezeiza, line 51 via Monte Grande to Constitución. Line 8 runs between the airport and Plaza de Mayo in central Buenos Aires.
Shuttle: Manuel Tienda León (Internet: www.tiendaleon.com.ar, Tel: (011) 4315 5115) offers a shuttle service from the airport. The travel time to the city center is about an hour. Tickets are available in the arrival hall or online.
Taxi: There is a taxi rank at the airport. Official taxis (Tel: (011) 54 80 00 66. Internet: www.taxiezeiza.com.ar) are waiting in front of the terminals at marked taxi ranks (journey time: 45 minutes). The company Transfer-Express (Tel: (011) 54 80 01 96) offers a taxi service with a chauffeur between Ezeiza and Buenos Aires.
Facilities in the terminal
There is a 24-hour bank in the arrivals area of Terminal A. There are several exchange offices and ATMs in the terminals.
Means of communication:
Telephones and an Internet connection are available in the departure area of Terminal A and in the arrival area of Terminal B. Mobile phone rental is located in the arrival and departure areas of Terminal A. Free Wi-Fi is available to passengers throughout the airport.
In the airport there are several restaurants, cafés, fast food restaurants and bars that offer local and international dishes and snacks.
Several shops are available, including duty-free shops in the departure areas of Terminals A and B and in the arrivals area of Terminal A.
Luggage storage is located next to the information desk on the ground floor of Terminal A and in the departure area of Terminal A. Lockers can be found in the arrival area of Terminal A. The airport police (Tel: +54 800 555 5065) is responsible for lost and found items. Luggage trolleys are available for a fee. Luggage packing stations are located in all terminals.
There are pharmacies in all terminals. There is a medical care center in Terminal A.
Conference and meeting rooms:
VIP lounges are located on the first floor of the departure area of Terminals A and B (after security check). Business class passengers from various airlines and club members have access (tel: +54 11 5480 2064). Club members can use the check-in, bar and lounge, showers, internet, phones and fax machines.
AA2000 (Tel: (011) 54 80 20 64. Internet: www.aeropuertosvipclub.com.ar) operates a VIP lounge on the ground floor of the arrival area of Terminal A.
Star Alliance has a lounge on the second level of the new Terminal B. The lounge is exclusively available to Star Alliance member airlines flying in First Class and Business Class, as well as Star Alliance Gold Card holders, and is open all day Open.
Internet connection is available in the telephone booths of all terminals. A copy service is available in the arrivals area.
The airport is handicapped accessible. Ramps and lifts are located throughout the airport and there are toilets and telephones for the disabled. Deaf phones and disabled parking spaces are also available.
Parking spaces are available in a car park and in a parking lot next to Terminal A and opposite Terminal C. There is no distinction between long-term and short-term parking spaces.
The rental car companies Alamo, Avis, Hertz and Localiza are represented at the airport (Terminal A, arrival area).
