Coles Creek state Park has wooded and open campsites near a swimming beach
on Lake St. Lawrence. The lake is ideal for boating and fishing as well. A
marina on the mouth of Coles Creek lies just north of the park entrance. The
park also has a playground, playing fields and a large pavilion.

- Located on the south shore of Lake St. Lawrence, upriver from the Robert
Moses Power Dam. Take Rte. 37. Park is east of Waddington.

Seasons/Hours:
The park open in mid-May and closes after Columbus Day. Waterfowl hunting is
permitted in season. Deer hunting is allowed in season in a designated area
south of Route. 37.
Pets:
Household pets only; caged or on a leash not more than 6 feet. Not permitted in
picnic or bathing areas. Must have proof of current rabies vaccination;
certificate of inoculation or dated collar tag. A pet-free camping loop is
offered. |
