Daylight Saving Time
(DST) is achieved by advancing the clock one hour.
Most states, the District of Columbia, and U.S.
possessions observe Daylight Saving Time beginning
at 2.00 am on the first Sunday in April, and ending
at 2.00 am on the last Sunday in October.
