Campus Description:
Nyack College is a private, coeducational institution sponsored by the Christian and Missionary Alliance. The College is located on a 86-acre campus overlooking the Hudson River in Nyack, NY, approximately 25 miles from New York City. Begun in New York City in 1882, the College continues to see the metropolitan area as part of its classroom and field of service. In addition to its main campus in Nyack, Nyack College offers courses at its Manhattan Center located at 335 Broadway in New York City.

Nyack is a liberal arts college offering 35 undergraduate majors leading to associate and baccalaureate degrees, and graduate degrees in business, accounting, and education. Additional graduate programs and first professional degrees in ministerial preparation, counseling, Bible and theology are offered through Nyack's professional school, Alliance Theological Seminary.



Sports:
Varsity Sports: Women's: basketball, cross-country, soccer, softball, volleyball. Men's: baseball, basketball, cross-country, golf, soccer.

Academic: Business Club, Music Educators National Conference; Cultural: African-American Association of Cultural Exchange, Asian Nyackers Seeking Revival, Association of Latin American Students, Messianic Jewish Fellowship; Literary & Media: journal of literature and art (The Fine Print), radio station (WNYK), student newspaper (The Forum), yearbook (The Missionarian); Ministry: Athletes in Action, athletic team chaplain program, Missions Committee, Servant Leaders (promoting spiritual formation); Performing Arts: Annual Piano Concerto Competition, Arts Series, Carol and Candlelight (Christmas program), Chamber Music, faculty recitals, Hand Bell Choir, Nyack College Chorale, senior and junior recitals, String Orchestra, Wind Ensemble; Student Governance: class officers, Judicial Board, resident assistants, Student Government Association.
