Campus Description:
Situated on 150 acres overlooking the Hudson River, The Culinary
Institute of America (CIA) is located about 75 miles north of
New York City. For more than 50 years, the Institute has been
committed to providing the world's best professional culinary
education. Annually, 2,700 students pursue associate degrees in
culinary arts or baking and pastry arts (21-month programs) or
bachelor's degrees in culinary arts management or baking and
pastry arts management (38-month programs). A private,
not-for-profit educational institution, The Culinary Institute
of America has 41 professional kitchens and 5 public restaurants
to assure hands-on experience and 140 instructors from more than
20 nations.

flag football, golf tournaments, ice hockey, ping pong and pool
tournaments, racquetball, indoor and outdoor soccer, softball,
