Campus Description:
The District Council 37 provides a learning center for trade
unionists who wish to address life and career goals within a
liberal arts framework. The relationship between the union and
The College of New Rochelle represents a unique venture in
higher education: the only full-degree program to be offered at
a union headquarters. The campus first opened in 1972. Its
facilities and learning resources include faculty and
administrative offices, classrooms, a computer lab, access to DC
37’s Education Fund Library, conference rooms, cafeteria, and
audiovisual equipment.
