Living in Montana
|
|
Shop for sapphires mined in Montana. The blue sapphires of Yogo
Gulch, near Lewistown, are said to be the deepest blue of any in
the world. Other items to look for include Western art
(especially in the Bozeman area), copper crafts, ceramics made
of Montana clay, weavings made from wheat, Native American
crafts and agate. The compleat angler isn't truly complete until
he or she has visited some of Montana's fly-fishing shops,
considered among the finest in the world. familiarizely
interesting shops can be found in Bozeman, Livingston, West
Yellowstone, Ennis, Helena, Great Falls and Missoula, but many
small towns -- especially in southwestern Montana -- have
establishments that are well worth visiting. |
