Rules in Massachusetts
HVAC Contractors must apply for a license to install any unit of
10 tons and over. Applicants must own a contracting business and
have four years’ experience, and there is a $74 application fee.

license in New Hampshire, Vermont, or Maine can apply for a
license in Massachusetts from the Board by reciprocity.)
