Law Schools There are currently 10 law schools in
Florida; four public and six independent (private). These are
listed below. In order to take the Florida Bar Examination,
graduates must have earned a degree from a law school accredited
by the American Bar Association. Prospective law students should
consider a variety of factors in making their choice among
