Boulder Colorado

Boulder is located at 40km northwest of Denver. The home
of the University of Colorado, which partly explains its
youthful, laid-back atmosphere. Boulder residents also
enjoy the outdoors: hiking, bicycling, fishing and
white-water boating. Don't miss the spectacular Boulder
Dushanbe Teahouse, a gift from Boulder's Tajikistan
sister city, Dushanbe. Weather buffs will be interested
in visiting the Mesa laboratory of the National Center
for Atmospheric Research, which is housed in a building
designed by I.M. Pei. the major events on Boulder's
calendar are Bolder Boulder -10K race that attracts
20,000 runners annually - Memorial Day.
